Tool management reduces machine tool downtime
Tool pre-setters and tool management systems company, Zoller, says it helps maximise the performance of machining centres because an off-machine pre-setter can help reduce machine tool downtime by 12.5%.
The company is exhibiting innovative pre-setting solutions at Southern Manufacturing 2016, including the advanced Venturion universal measuring machines, delivering complex measurements without operator intervention and which include precision and repeatability as standard.
