The first major event in the UK exhibition calendar, Southern Manufacturing & Electronics, together with AutoAero, gives you the earliest opportunity to present your products and services to thousands of key industry buyers and specifiers keen to address multiple sourcing issues in a one-time efficient visit to Farnborough.

It has been a positive experience. It was a last-minute decision and the contact with the organisers was fantastic. As a first-time exhibitor we are pleased to receive enquiries.
It’s great for networking, a great networking base for suppliers. There are a lot of subcontractors here which is insightful from an industry point of view.
Organisation was very smooth, from arrival, setting up and leaving car parks. The venue is good, clean with good facilities.

The show has been a success, loads of enquiries – phenomenal.
Every day there has been a surge of people we would aim to supply. We have had about 10 enquiries per day across the range of machines we supply. Just one of those enquiries is all we need.

It’s been a busy turnout. We’ve had 70 solid enquiries for existing and new customers and some international customers from Germany, Estonia and Austria.
We had two orders straight away, both new projects and one where we offered an alternative instead of one with a long lead time for the medical industry.
This is the standout show in the UK. We don’t look to do more than one exhibition a year and this is the one option for us.

If your company is a 2nd or 3rd tier supplier to the automotive/autosport and aerospace/defence industries or supplies products and services to the Electronics Assembly/Production, Industrial Machinery, Energy, Marine, Metal Processing, Test & Measurement, Medical/PharmaBio, Mechanical Engineering, Packaging/Handling/Logistics industry sectors …

…then this is your show

It’s been really busy. Each day we have had people sitting at tables on our stand talking to lots of customers. We have taken 120 leads from both existing and new customers.
The show is a great touchpoint and we are expanding the stand next year to create [an ecosystem] a zone.

We have spoken to a number of design engineers who definitely know what they are after. We have seen some buyers, most seem to be decision makers and individuals – including a blacksmith with parts to machine!
We are a first-time exhibitor and it would be interesting to see how many leads come to fruition over the next few weeks.

It’s been really good. Once you had to be here to be seen but now it’s a necessity because there are usually two to three orders at the show and six after the show.
It’s good for networking and seeing people. It would take weeks to see the number of people I’ve seen at this show.
