Power supply suits harsh environments
AC/DC power supply and DC/DC converter manufacturer, Cosel, will exhibit 700W models recently added to its TUNS series of PCB-mount AC/DC power supplies at Southern Manufacturing 2016
It is a full brick size, with built in power factor correction and offers universal input with output voltages of 12, 28 and 48V as standard with ±20% output voltages. There is an aluminium baseplate for conduction cooling with baseplate temperature up to 100°C, 93% efficiency and a five year warranty. Standard options include remote on/off, remote sensing and parallel connection for up to five pieces. The supply is suited to harsh environments or those which do not allow any forced air cooling or where height is limited. The company’s field application engineers can provide free design in support directly or through a network of approved distribution partners.
The series also includes models with output power values of 50, 100, 300 and 500W.
