New facility offers PCB thin core inner-layer processing
With nearly 50 years’ experience manufacturing PCBs in the UK, Southern Manufacturing exhibitor EuroTech operates from a new, purpose-built manufacturing facility in Exmouth, Devon. The new thin core inner-layer processing facility is the latest investment for the company which produces multilayers up to 24 layers, buried and blind vias, fine line and small hole technology.
Long-term, strategic partnerships with offshore suppliers bring the benefits of offshore prices and extended capabilities (including 48-layer and HDI). The FastTrack service has lead times from 24 hours and includes full front-end engineering, 100% electrical testing and quality inspection.
Also in the group, TWM Technology manufactures bespoke machined microwave and RF housings. It offers in-house plating, soldering and assembly and can typically supply prototypes and small batches within four to six weeks. RAM, gaskets, sapphire windows and feedthroughs can be fitted.
