MecWash heads South following Northern success

MecWash Duo (cut-out)_tmb Following a successful Northern Manufacturing & Electronics show in October which saw Tewkesbury-based aqueous parts washing specialist MecWash Systems Ltd sell a Duo machine to Fylde CNC, the company is hoping for a repeat performance next month when it takes part in Southern Manufacturing & Electronics 2016.

Managing Director John Pattison comments, “Attendance at trade shows has resulted in a number of sales for us recently. As well as the Fylde deal secured at Northern Manufacturing, WTI Fasteners bought a MecWash Duo following demonstrations at Matsuura’s Think Production open house.

“Committing to significant capital investment is a big decision that can often have substantial lead times. We find that the more opportunities customers have to see our superior cleaning capabilities in action, the easier the decision becomes to invest in MecWash.”

MecWash’s proven capability is evidenced by the number of customers that return to buy again and again from the company – this year HUSCO International acquired its twelfth MecWash parts washer!

John continues, “Our high quality machines are built to last and when customers invest in a MecWash system they can be confident that they’ll get consistently high cleanliness standards for many years to come.”

MecWash will be demonstrating the Duo component cleaning system at Southern Manufacturing 2016. This versatile and good value system is popular with manufacturers operating in sectors that demand high standards of cleanliness, including aerospace and automotive sectors.

With a customer list that includes the likes of Parker Hannifin, Precision Products, Pall Filtration and Eaton Aerospace, and increasing export sales, the outlook for MecWash is looking bright for 2016.
