HSM Aero’s machine investments really take off

HSM Aero is continually investing in new CNC and manual machines. The company is equipped with a full range of machinery, such as a simultaneous five-axis precision CNC machining centre. The investment enables the company to provide high quality services at competitive rates.

The build-to-print manufacturer follows provided blueprints and specifications, serving air and land defence platforms, along with civil aerospace customers e.g., Boeing 777.

Services offered include fabrication, laser, forming, coded welding and complex assembly, with chromate conversion and adding Surtec 650V. It also offers NPI and full end to end life cycle management.

Accreditations include AS9100 Revision D (aerospace), BS EN ISO 9001:2015, BS EN ISO 14001:2015, Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS), Cyber Essentials Plus with Information Security Management System (ISMS), JOSCAR, CAA, BS EN ISO 9606-1 and 2 Approved Coded Welding. HSM Aero also offers a fully equipped temperature-controlled inspection area utilising the latest CMM technology and first article inspection reports to AS9102.
