The stock shapes division holds over 100 different engineering plastic materials, in rod, sheet and tube, and services a range of industries including automotive, medical, aerospace, offshore, Formula 1, electronics, defence and food industries.Seven stock shape distribution centres are strategically placed around the UK. Materials can be cut to size, ground or planed to customer requirements. Each material has specific properties to suit particular applications and industries.

Machining centres for CNC routing, turning and milling enable the company to produce finished components to a high standard. CAD/CAM specialist equipment aids skilled production personnel to program even the most complex parts.

The thermoplastic range of TECAPEEK materials achieved health, safety, environmental and value accreditations and is now compliant to ISO 23926-1:2009 and NORSOK M-710, Edition 3. Quality guidelines cover every process, from semi-finished stock shapes through to the finished product, with complete traceability right back to the raw material if necessary.
