An affordable way to increase productivity in manual or robotic screwdriving application is to use screw presenters, says Delta Regis UK. The company offers a comprehensive range which caters for screw sizes ranging from M0.8 to M9 and with thread lengths up to 35mm.

To further enhance productivity with larger screws, the company also offers two compatible bulk feed hopper systems with hopper volumes up to 1500cc.

Highlights at this year’s exhibition will be the updated screw count/torque verify controllers that, when working in conjunction with the extensive range of screwdrivers, ensure that screws are correctly fastened. New features include a batch count tool enable/disable and auto reverse.
