Elder Engineering showcases bespoke machined parts

Some of the complex components machined by Elder Engineering will be on its stand. The company offers precision CNC machining and an extensive range of products in plastics and metals all machined to customers’ exact requirements.

The company’s sub-contracting machining service goes from initial CAD drawings to the broad range of finishing options, which will also be on display.

Elder Engineering has expanded its machine shops which now include three- and five-axis milling, twin spindle lathes and a router, alongside rotary die cutters and lathe slitters.

In partnership with Saint Gobain Performance Plastics and Green Belting, the company also converts and distributes high performance tapes with or without adhesive, sponge and rubber products. Services include slitting to required width from, master logs, sheet slitting, die cutting and gaskets.

The company is certified to AS9100 Rev D and its security division offers and maintains a range of bespoke products for dual view x-ray machines as required by the Department of Transport and ECAC.
