Thermal processing from Stanelco uses RF technology
Supporting Industry for over 50 years, Stanelco RF Technologies, will highlight its special purpose induction heating systems and associated products at Southern Manufacturing 2020.
It produces equipment ranging from 750W to 500kW and operating at output frequencies from 1kHz to 40MHz and in material sections once considered far too small to be processed, through to the heating of large steel pipe for the oil industry.
The introduction of a smaller RFP.75W unit processes high value components that require heating annealing, brazing and soldering. The bench-mounted system is part of a growing family, engineered to suit customers’ thermal process and component geometry.
Floor standing GenStar Systems equipment, with up to 500kW output, allows the company’s application development engineer based at the Marchwood laboratories, to select the most appropriate equipment for specific requirements.
