Specialising in the manufacture of high-quality precision injection moulding of thermoplastics, S&S Plastics is a precision plastic injection moulding company based in Nottinghamshire. Its wealth of experience allows it to take customers’ ideas from design and rapid prototypes, to complete finished products.
The company can share its experience and knowledge of the vast engineering polymers available with customers which are in nearly every major market, including medical device manufacturers.
There are 25 machines ranging from 7T to 550T and S&S Plastics can project manage from beginning to end and work closely with customers to meet individual requirements.
It also has a tool design and manufacture facility and, distinguishing it from other moulders, it has an in-house vacuum foiling service to improve the appearance of parts and add value.
