Singles to major JIT contracts fulfilled
Able to supply anything from single item orders to major JIT contracts, Aalco says there is no minimum (or maximum) amount of metals that can be ordered. At Southern Manufacturing 2015, the firm presented its impressive inventory of aluminium, stainless steel, copper, brass and bronze in all semi-finished forms, covering a range of grades/alloys, shapes and sizes in both industry standards and special or bespoke items.
There are 18 service centres around the country which offer a reliable and on-time delivery service anywhere in the UK. The company Aalco stocks all of the commonly required forms of stainless steel including sheet, coil, plate, bar and sections as well as a full range of tube, pipe, fittings and flanges. All of the common forms of aluminium are stocked including sheet, coil, plate, “shate”, tread plate, patterned sheet, tube, bar, sections and free-machining bar. Copper and its alloys including sheet, plate, machining bar and hollow bar, flat bar, hexagon bar and tube are stocked.
Service centres also stock industry specific items and customer specials, and special product ranges. For the power generation and nuclear industries, the company meets the materials requirements of the nuclear and power generation industries for both standard and bespoke products.
