Season Group offers direct-ship to end-customer
Season Group is a vertically-integrated EMS, Season Group, has manufacturing and after-market services facilities in the UK, USA, Mexico, China, Hong Kong and Malaysia. The UK operation, Season Electronics, provides a flexible and responsive service to customers in UK. The firm will be highlighting its capabilities at Southern Manufacturing & Electronics 2019.
From the site at Havant, it offers PCBA, final assembly and test, cable assembly and after-market services. As part of these services, it can provide ‘direct ship to end customer’ as well as product configuration. The site has ISO9001 and AS9100D accreditation and leads the Group in the implementation of Aegis FactoryLogix.
The Group focuses on providing small and medium-sized customers with a vertically integrated, global EMS solution, with manufacture taking place in the optimal location in terms of cost, lead time and flexibility. It specialises in low to medium volume, higher mix assembly services. Vertically integrated EMS capabilities include plastic injection moulding, plastic thermoforming, tool and mould manufacture, cable and harness assembly, PCBA, final assembly and test and after-market services. It also provides full product design support services and is a full stack IoT provider.
