Berger Tools’ hygienic design minimises contamination

The latest addition to Berger Tools’ HD range of hygienic design standard elements, GN305 adjustable hand levers, will be highlighted at Southern 2019. They can be used whenever parts have to be clamped in confined spaces or particular lever positions. They are optimised for minimal contamination, using stainless steel with ground or polished surfaces below Ra 0.8μm, ensuring dirt particles cannot adhere and are reliably removed during cleaning.

Another highlight on the stand is the ball lock pins, GN113.10, in stainless steel. They are used for quick fixing, connecting and locking parts and workpieces, for example location pins which have to be frequently removed and replaced.

Finally, GN335 oval tubular handles have an inclined handle profile of a 45° angle. They are designed to ensure comfortable use in, for example, sliding doors. The tubular handle can be screwed onto the handle shanks without modification allowing special lengths to be ordered even in small quantities.

The family-run supplier specialises in standard parts for machine equipment, press and mould tools and components. It is accredited with Quality Approval BS EN ISO 9001-2008. We aim to become your one-stop shop for all manufacturing consumables.
