Randex Automated Storage Systems will be showing a selection of high density vertical storage options,  Automated vertical storage and retrieval systems are suitable for items from fasteners up to items weighing 1.5t or measuring up to 6.4m wide.

At this year’s show, Randex will be showing the Compact Lift and the Palomat ranges for high density vertical storage. The Compact Lift instantly height checks stock brought into the machines enables it to automatically adapt to changing stock profiles. The Compact Lift can be used for raw material storage and fast and accurate kit and BoM (bill of materials) picking. The vertical storage solutions can also be combined with robots to provide a high autonomy storage option.

The company also offers automated stacking and de-stacking of empty pallets with the Palomat range of automatic and semi-automatic system. The system saves time and reduces pallet damage and floor space requirements while increasing personnel safety. The space saving system can also be connected directly to conveyors, AGVs and automatically guided pallet stacker systems.
