Paint finishing remains on track
One of the UK’s largest independent sub-contract paint finishing companies, Eurospray was established in 1998 to service OEMs’ demand for quality finishing at competitive prices.
Customers include BAE Systems, NCR, SONY, Ford, Thales, L3 Communications, Honeywell, Leonardo, Aston Martin and Jaguar Land Rover
For the last 15 years it has also been involved in remanufacture/refurbishment programmes for Virgin Media, Sky, NCR, IBM, Toshiba and Virgin Trains, with train refurbishments as well as seating for the Edinburgh Festival and Perth theatres.
It was the first paint company to gain ISO 9001 2015 accreditation for the application of powder coatings and wet spray painted finishes.
The two powder coating plants, one of which has online pre-treatment allowing it to process thousands of parts each day. It has a skilled wet paint workforce made up of more than 25 experienced painters and 15 purpose-built wet paint booths across both sites. Two back-to-back online-to-oven booths allow components to be painted before curing, inspecting and packing in large volumes to meeting customer needs. It applies quality cosmetic and protective finishes across a range of markets including electronics, defence, rail, aerospace, retail, automotive, avionic, and medical.
