MecWash delivers a thorough clean for large and small parts
Specialising in the design and manufacture of aqueous cleaning and degreasing systems for metal and plastic engineering components, MecWash Systems’ capabilities include laboratory analysis of components, developing specialist detergents, and the manufacture of a range of standard or purpose-built washing machines.

The company will be exhibiting the Duo system at Southern Manufacturing 2019, which is part of a range of aqueous cleaning machines. It suits both large components and dense baskets of small parts, with the added benefits of flood/immersion washing, which offers full solution contact with all component surfaces, and a re-circulating heated spray rinse, resulting in higher standards of surface finish by removing detergent residues left by the wash solution. The cleaning system offers precision cleaning with a footprint suitable for a cell, adds the company.
