Five gear cutting machines boost capacity at LMR Geartech
Boasting the largest capacity in the south of England, Southern Manufacturing 2015 exhibitor LMR Geartech has installed a range of equipment including five new gear cutting machines and now has the capability to cut external gears up to a maximum of 1.5m in diameter.
It also claims to be one of a few companies with a multi-component inspection option and fully automated CNCs have the provision to operate ‘lights out’. The company has also added three new Haas machines to increase the production range
