Design and assembly is pick and mix
RVL highlights its bespoke approach to electronic design and assembly at Southern Manufacturing 2015, which it promises will take the stress out of a project. Pick-and-mix from services; develop a new project, design and build a prototype, take charge of assembly jobs, and deliver.
For example, the company reduced the assembly complexity of an indoor plant-growing system, which uses specialist LED lighting, hydroponics and smart cloud software to supply famous chefs and their restaurants. There is also the electronic assembly work which ensured a 4D firework display went off in style over London at New Year. Another client asked the company to improve an existing design including a new touchscreen prototype and re-developing the firmware drivers. The result increased the product life and performance, whilst allowing future expandability.
