CCL Design provides in-house design and prototype support
Attendees to this year’s Southern Manufacturing had the opportunity to discover more about CCL Design’s product ranges, as well as the company‘s in-house design and manufacturing capabilities.
Founded in 1979 in East Kilbride, Scotland, the company manufactures labels, die-cuts, industrial graphics, printed electronics, branding products and brand protection solutions. It supplies a range of industries, including consumer electronics, IT, telecommunications, automotive and medical devices.
Products are designed to withstand harsh environments such as extreme temperatures, humidity and chemical exposure, and to meet both functional and aesthetic requirements. Compliant with stringent global safety and security standards, products have UL recognition for marking and labelling systems.
An in-house, vertically integrated materials science group provides global design and prototype support, from state-of-the-art process and application labs. The team works directly with clients and design centres on the development of high-performance coatings, adhesives and laminate materials for a range of end-use applications.
