Inspection systems from Nordson were presented by Cupio at Southern Manufacturing 2019. The company provides inspection systems ranging from acoustic, with Sonoscan, through to optical with Yestech and x-ray from Matrix and Dage.

The Yestech optical systems cover double-sided in-line for both board assemblies and coating inspection and the 3D Ultra system measures components to an accuracy of 6µm. In-line x-ray systems are available for 2D, 2.5D and 3D inspection and will give full board inspections at line speed. Dage provides manual X-Ray systems with unmatched image quality and analytical capability and Sonoscan provides full acoustic inspection to find failures invisible to other optical and x-ray techniques.
