Bluetooth adds to measurement tools
Bluetooth technology has been incorporated in many of the measurement instruments on display at the Bowers Group stand at this years Southern Manufacturing
Supplementing its own range of gauges, sole agent status means that the company offers UK customers products from metrology companies, such as Trimos, Sylvac, Gagemaker, Innovatest Wyler and Accretech.
The Sylvac range of Bluetooth data transmission hand tools includes calipers, micrometers, digtal indicators along with the ultra-light digital caliper and ultra-light digital universal beam gauge. These will be shown alongside a selection of new XT3 Bluetooth and XT analogue bore gauge systems.
Visitors can also see the Sylvac scan vision system and the Baty R400 (pictured) with FT2E touchscreen display, the Trimos V5 manual/motorised digital height gauge and the Diavite VHF surface roughness tester.
In response to customer demand, it also offers a range of affordable, quality instruments intended for special applications, for both internal and external gauging.
