BCAS highlights Jun-Air range of silent air compressors for labs
Leveraging expertise developed over 35 years, BCAS serves a wide range of industries, providing compressed air.
Each sector has its own application-specific requirements. Within laboratory or clinical settings, for example, air has to be clean but also produced quietly. BCAS is the south of England distributor for Gast Juna-Air, offering oil-free, silent air compressors, for situations where space and noise are an issue and air must be clean.
The Jun-Air range includes the 87R-4P which is a compact, oil-free compressor with a 100% duty cycle, making it suitable for continuous, reliable use. It has a running noise level as low as 46bB(A), which is about the same as a kitchen refrigerator. This popular, small compressor also offers the convenience of being supplied as a ‘plug and play’ unit. It is optionally available with wheels, making it able to be moved around and used almost as a portable compressor.
