A8500 FlexCell prints PCB labels in three seconds, says Brady

Labels can be automatically printed at a rate of three seconds per label using the A8500 FlexCell PCB label printer applicator by Brady.

The label printer applicator automatically prints and places a reliable, traceability label anywhere on any multi- or single board standard PCB. It has a placement consistency and accuracy of 0.1mm. The applicator prints data from an ERP system on demand and connects in-line to any PCB manufacturing line with SMEMA-compliance.

Automated printed circuit board labelling for use in SMT lines include laser engravable or printable polyimide PCB labels, automated print and apply systems, label feeders, industrial label printers with expert support.
