Werma unveils cloud-based process monitoring systems

Process monitoring equipment will be showcased by Werma, including WeAssist, the company’s latest generation of processing monitoring systems. Building on the SmartMonitor system for machine and workstation monitoring, this cloud-based solution provides robust notification of process activities to multiple users via a browser interface.

Complementing this, the company offers the user-configurable WirelessAndon system which offers a simple but flexible call-and-response solution to help optimise processes. Optional battery operation makes this system suitable for mobile applications such as fork-lifts.

There is also the new eSIGN programmable signal towers (pictured) which provide visual information in an intuitive format, allowing for easy visual management of manufacturing operations.
