Vision Engineering provides sharp focus for digital inspection
New digital inspection and automated metrology products were showcased by Vision Engineering. The company has been designing and manufacturing ergonomic microscopes, digital instruments, inspection and measuring systems for over 60 years. In line with its commitment to continuous innovation and ergonomic design, it has VE Cam, a compact digital inspection microscope for visual inspection or manufacturing quality control and Makrolite 4K, a digital microscope offering inspection, magnification, measurement and capture with UHD resolution.
Visitors could also experience the range of ergonomic eyepiece-less microscopes, including Mantis, Lynx EVO (pictured) the winner of the Queen’s Award for Innovation, and the 3D digital microscope, the DRV-Z1.
There were also systems from the contact and non-contact metrology ranges on display. Visitors were invited to bring their own samples to the show to see first-hand how robust, accurate and repeatable the manual and automated systems are.
An experienced team was on hand for demonstrations and guidance on how products help optimise current manufacturing and production processes.
