Sub-contract services complement finishing machinery
Established in 1965 as a UK family business, ActOn Finishing designs and develops surface finishing machinery, including vibratory finishing, high energy finishing and disc finishing machines, together with consumables for finishing applications.
It serves a range of industries including aerospace, medical, general engineering, automotive and additive manufacturing. Finishing applications such as deburring, descaling, cleaning, smoothening, radiusing, polishing, drying and surface finishing can be achieved. There is also a range of subcontract services which consist of barrelling, shot blasting, precision polishing and inspection.
The company will also show a range of finished components. On the stand, the team will be happy to discuss questions such as how mass finishing can help reduce processing times in comparison with manual finishing, or how to produce a consistent finish and avoid high part rejects rates.
The company is accredited to ISO 9001, AS 9100 Rev C, ISO 14001 and is a Rolls Royce-approved supplier for RPS 251, RPS 709 and precision polishing.
