Stahlwille introduces Daptiq torque analyser for industry 4.0

Stahlwille introduces Daptiq torque analyser for industry 4.0

Hand-operated torque tools and torque analysers for a connected, smart factory or industry 4.0, will be the focus at the Stahlwille stand.

The company will be showing patented electro-mechanical, angle-controlled torque wrenches that are ready for integration into an existing IT infrastructure and worker guidance systems. They offer seamless transmission of fastener settings and results using radio frequency (868 or 915MHz), Bluetooth Low Energy or a wired interface. Using them enables a production facility to ensure each bolted joint is secured correctly in real-time. When combined with the SmartCheck Daptiq torque analyser (which can be integrated with many CAQ systems), pre-use checks of the torque tools are included, for added assurance.

Stahlwille has been manufacturing hand tools and hand-operated torque tools for 160 years.

Company representatives will be on hand to demonstrate the latest solutions for networkable and connectable torque technology.
