Servo-driven brake bends small piece parts

DynaPress-003_tmb Suitable for bending small piece parts, the Dyna-Press electric servo driven compact brake will be demonstrated by LVD-Pullmax at Southern Manufacturing 2015. Rapid acceleration and deceleration of the electrical servo-driven ram delivers bending speeds of up to 25mm/second with the machine able to handle maximum bend lengths of up to 835mm with a 12ton bending force.

Footprint is just 1235 x 1092mm and weight is just 2000kg, saving floor space and it can be conveniently relocated using a standard forklift. Its ergonomic design allows the operator to stand or sit whilst bending parts with a self-levelling base and adjustable height foot pedals for comfortable operation.

The company is also highlighting new features and benefits of the latest version of CADMAN offline programming software suite, for punching, bending and laser cutting applications. The CADMAN module, CADMAN-JOB, enables users to analyse and optimise the workshop’s throughput.
