Its production capability is centred around its CNC machinery, which includes a new Citizen Miyano BNE-51, twin turret, twin spindle fixed head CNC mill turn machining centre and Citizen L-32 13 axis CNC sliding head lathe, with low frequency vibration to manage swarf and reduce tool wear.

In addition to the ability to handle a wide variety of materials and bar sizes, such as titanium, stainless steel and plastics, the company also offers finishing, extensive assembly facilities, KanBan and consignment stock services, all delivered directly to customers.

For inspection and testing procedures, the company is accredited to AS9001D and the ISO13485.
