RNA demonstrates 360° optical inspection
This year at Southern Manufacturing, RNA will demonstrate a standard glass disc vision inspection system that has been developed specifically for 100% quality control. The demo system is equipped with a vibrating bowl feeder, rotating glass disc and two inspection stations. It can be individually equipped according to requirements, and has a range of applications from injection-moulded products to metal components and pharmaceuticals. It has up to 1200 parts/minute and can be automatically inspected with a repeatability of ±0.002mm, with 360° coverage.
