RDP Electronics’ sensors can be custom made
Displacement transducers have been designed and manufactured in the UK for over 55 years by RDP Electronics. The company can supply standard and bespoke sensors to almost every industrial sector. Many examples will be on show at Southern Manufacturing & Electronics 2022.
Maximum capabilities are displacement ranges between 0.5mm to 940mm, operating pressures from full vacuum to 20,000 PSI, a maximum PT rating of IP68 to 2.2km, operating temperatures from -220 to 600°C and a maximum radiation dose of 1G Gy.
It also provides sensors for the measurement of force, pressure and torque, along with instrumentation. These include tension, compression and universal load cell sensors, ranging from 250g to 2.2MN. There are also gauge, absolute, barometric, vacuum and differential pressure transducers, ranging from 542mBar to 6895Bar.
