For the past 35 years, Precision Engineering Plastics has delivered close tolerance injection moulded components and added value assemblies, combining high levels of technical capability with a problem-solving mentality. Its facility in London is equipped with 30 injection moulding machines ranging from 12 to 650 tonnes.

As well as offering full part DFM, mould flow analysis and in-house tool design, it has its own fully-equipped toolroom, delivering a comprehensive service from initial design evaluation through to new tool manufacture with in-house tool maintenance and service.

At the core of the operation is the IATF16949 quality management system. This stringent and demanding system ensures high levels of service, technical solutions and quality parts on time, every time.

Working for customers in the automotive, aerospace, medical, electrical / electronics, engineering industries and the ministry of defence, the company delivers a wide range of injection moulding, insert moulding, two-shot moulding and secondary / post-processing operations. Part sizes range from small medical devices and micro mouldings for electronics to large parts for automotive trim and ULEV parts.

The specialist in high-grade engineering polymers works with a range of materials including PEEK, PPA, LCP, PPS, polyesters, POM, PC / ABS alloys, TPE, various nylons including PA66 and PA12 and glass-filled polymers (up to 65% glass filler) such as IXEF and Amodel.
