Orbital Fabrications shows the power of TIG welding
High purity stainless steel manifolds and control systems are manufactured by Orbital Fabrications for use in the semiconductor, pharmaceutical, chemical and process industries.
TIG welding is used to fabricate complex assemblies in stainless and high nickel content alloys. The company also uses automated orbital welding techniques alongside lathe and turntable TIG welding.
Recent investment has expanded the in-house CNC machine shop for greater control and management of the entire fabrication process.
The company offers in-house design team services and supports customers right through to test and qualification processes. For high purity applications, all fabrication, assembly and test is conducted in the company’s class 5 and class 6 cleanroom facilities.
At Southern Manufacturing & Electronics 2023, there will be real life examples of welding techniques and fabrication of fluid handling for a range of industries and processes.
