Investment adds capabilities
PCB manufacture, PTH/SMT assembly, test, cable assemblies and product build are offered from one location by European Circuits.
The company will use its presence at Southern Manufacturing & Electronics 2015 to highlight its recent £100k investment in new equipment in the manufacturing department which, as well as increasing production, allows the company to supply boards specified to the highest IPC level (IPC6012 Class 3). This is regarded as a key requirement for industries such as automotive, aerospace and medical. Improvements implemented in the PCB manufacturing area will also have a positive impact in the assembly area with process enhancements and better leadtimes, says the company.
In February, the company won the New to Exporting Award, at the Subsea Expo 2014 in Aberdeen and was a finalist in the Scottish Export Team of the Year category at the BQ Export Awards 2014 in Glasgow.
