Bespoke rubber and silicone moulded products from J Coker are manufactured using compression and transfer techniques, combined with in-house CNC tool making, rubber compounding facilities and extensive fabrication supplies.

The company has an extensive range of presses to cater for any size production runs from 50 pieces to 50,000 items and more. There is also a full tool making service using the HAAS automated tool room milling centres.

For compound choice, there is a range of compounds to suit all applications whether for abrasion or tear resistance, food quality approval to extreme operating temperatures and flame retardancy.

Gaskets, extrusions and rubber/silicone sheeting can be custom made and the company also has a full range of fabrication materials;
