Gaskets and extrusions in a variety of materials from SJG
Southern Manufacturing exhibitor SJG International can produce gaskets in a range of non-metallic materials, including rubber, foam, cork, Klinger and Novus. It also produces vulcanised rubber extrusions up to 280mm wide from solid and sponge rubber compounds. They can be produced in single or twin polymers, in a range of colours and complex profiles to meet any customer’s specification.
The firm offers a variety of machines for foam conversion that can split, shape, form and convert foam to applications from point of sale promotional items to swimming floats, buoyancy aids; medical accessories and complex packaging inserts. Foam can be split from 100 to 2mm, with laminate layers and multiple colours.
