Five new machines help Automated Cable Solutions crimp and strip
Five machines for cable preparation equipment are among the tailormade solutions showcased by Automated Cable Solutions at this year’s Southern Manufacturing Show. They include the PP3+ stripper crimper a multicore wire stripper and digital microscope.
Visitors to the stand will see handtools, mini applicators, crimping presses, wire pull testers, cable pre-feeders, machines for cutting cable and tubing, cutting and striping, jacket stripping, coax stripping, wire stripping, magnet wire stripping and braid combing. There will be demonstrations of equipment from Carpenter, Gamma and Rittmeyer and the new loose piece machines.
The company also supplies cut, strip and crimp machines from Jam Automatic. Machine (JAM), which specialises in crimping the smaller range of terminals, with a space saving footprint of 2m².
The company is also an agent for GEM Terminal, Mikropla and Hatko and offers a range of bandolier terminals for side feed and rear feed terminals for mini applicators. There is also a range of used equipment by Schleuniger, Komax, Kirsten, Mecal, and Gamma, for sale. The company is always looking to buy used or part-exchange machines, and will try to find a machine if it is not in stock.
