Finenet Electronic Circuit offers rigid PCBs can be up to 14 layers

Rigid PCBs, ranging from single to 14 layers are manufactured by Finenet Electronic Circuit.  The company offers a choice lead-free HAL, HAL, OSP, immersion tin (ISn), immersion silver (IAg) and immersion gold (ENIG) finishing as well as carbon ink and peelable solder masks.

It uses laser direct imaging (LDI – pictured) for accurate and consistent images and clears up any film-related defects, accurate positioning, precise image lines, spaces and image alignment to meet customer demand for smaller, lighter and high-density PCBs. Line widths can be down to 2mil.

The company also has vertical copper plating (VCP) using a fully automatic robotic hand for identical production conditions and to avoid unevenness.

Finenet Electronic Circuit has a factory in Foshan Shunde, China and a main office in Hong Kong. It is certified to IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO13485:2016 and is UL-registered (USA and Canada).
