Fastening & riveting ranges from Zygology speed up assembly
One of the highlights at the Zygology stand at this year’s Southern Manufacturing show is the new Z-AR, automatic handheld riveting system. It can accommodate most standard rivet types between 3.0 and 5.0mm diameter, made of aluminium, copper, steel and A2 stainless steel and its flexible umbilical design allows 360° riveting in any direction. The company is also showcasing the latest fasteners and tooling from POP Avdel and Qonnect, including the battery-powered rivet and rivet nut tools.
Visitors can also see new access products from Southco, including the rotary and electronic latch systems, claimed to be revolutionising the way designers think about enclosure design. There will also be the latest PEM fastener ranges, including extensions to the SMTSO surface mount range and new parts to speed up assembly.
