Fast 3D print solutions from Creat3D
Additive manufacturing/3D printing brings benefits to a business, producing multiple parts in just minutes or hours or five, 10, 20 or more designs per day. Creat3D will be displaying the latest in AM technology from Nexa3D at Southern Manufacturing 2020. A key feature is its print speed, printing up to 1 Z cm per minute. It can produce tool-less, low volume batch production, iterate a dozen designs in a day, produce a revised prototype during a design meeting or make multiple products in a single day for same day turnaround.
The pictured 25 fluid indicators (90mm high) took 27 minutes in total, that’s 68 seconds per part.
There will also be a range of additive technology and software on display, including metal 3D printing, SLA technology, generative design software and composite 3D printers.
Visitors are invited to bring examples of parts they may wish to 3D print to discuss the feasibility of incorporating 3D printing into a business.
