Component parts for hundreds of different industries are produced by DJJ Precision Engineering. The company was established 48 years ago and offers a highly skilled service from CNC turning, CNC milling up to five-axis, fully automated robotic production, broaching, honing, grinding to castings machining, assemblies and sub-assemblies, PPAP, IMDS and CMM reports, complete stock management, customs control and a wide range of surface finishing processes.

Components are machined using a wide variation of materials from steels, brass, bronze and aluminium to complex engineering plastics.

The company operates 24/7 and holds Ford Motors Global Tier 1 supply status. It also won the BAE Systems International Chairmans Award and is audited to TUV Rheinland QMS ISO 9001:2015 and JOSCAR standards, (for military, defence, security and aerospace).
