Partnering with Activinsights, Southern Manufacturing exhibitor LGG Charlesworth manufactures the injection-moulded external casing and strap assembly for the next-generation of robust wearables. The housing contains the technical components which assist healthcare professionals in the diagnosis and management of specific conditions such as obesity, diabetes and circadian rhythm disorders.
The housings and strap have been developed to meet the demanding specification for durability and performance as well as achieving the cost targets.
The company has the capacity to support all clients from initial design concepts through to serial production and the capability to quickly develop complex components and assembled products from low to high volumes, using plastic injection moulding and compression moulding processes.
This is supported by a full range of quality procedures and processes required by automotive, aerospace and industrial sectors.
