Custom made labels withstand extremes

Industrial LabelsLabels that resist oil, chemicals, temperatures up to 300°C, abrasion and extreme weather conditions will be highlighted by EPI Labels at Southern Manufacturing 2015

Materials used are aluminium, stainless steel, paper, vinyl, polyester, polypropylene, polycarbonate, domed resin and Kapton. Aluminium or stainless steel labels can be fixed using adhesive or secured with fasteners through punched holes.

Labels are custom made to any size or colour and can be provided on A4 sheets or on rolls and can include barcodes and/or logos. Blank labels are also available for customers to print.

Metrology labels, a means to record measurements/calibrations/revisions are offered, as well as write and seal labels, with a protective film applied when the manual inscription is finished. There are wrap-around labels for cable identification and PCB labels which withstand high temperatures, cleaning and solder wave processes. The company also provides tamper evident, void and warning/hazard labels and Zebra thermal transfer printers and NICELABEL software.
