Bentec takes an international view on electronics manufacturing equipment
AOI (automated optical inspection) and SPI (solder paste inspection) equipment from Mirtec is available from Bentec. Pictured here is the Mirtec MV-3 Omni benchtop 3D AOI system which has a 15Mpixel CoaXPress colour lighting system, advanced eight-phase coaxial colour lighting, 10µm/pixel precision telecentric compound lens and an integrated 10Mpixel Side-Viewer camera system. There is also a z axis option for tall devices. It is also capable of SPI and is easy to programme and operate.
Bentec also offers Surfx plasma cleaners, Unicomp x-ray equipment, Youngpool conformal coating degassing, laser marking and automatic reel splicing, Insituware’s handheld material fitness for use range and smart solder paste mixer, Matrix pneumatic board support, XDry heated dry cabinets, South Tek nitrogen generators, Easyspheres’ solder balls, Impossible Objects’ 3D printed carriers, fixtures, parts and jigs and its own board handling range, .
The UK company has a central demonstration office and a global sourcing team, offering local support and training.
