Turning heads is a speciality

The CNC sliding head machining company has invested in people, systems and technology, enabling it to work across all markets, whether demanding Industry sectors requiring complex parts, or the commercial field requiring more simplistic products.

The modern machining facility in Chard, Somerset, consists of a range of Citizen CNC sliding head turning centres enabling skilled and experienced engineers to machine components in all materials from 0.5 to 35mm in diameter. Simultaneous multi-axis and sub-spindle machining with driven tooling in a single set-up means close tolerances down to five microns are achievable even for the most complex, multi-featured components.
