TestWorks Group highlights impressive range of services
Design, automation, manufacturing, test and software are amongst the capabilities showcased by TestWorks Group at Southern Manufacturing 2020.
In addition to electronic and mechanical design, from PCBs, sub-assemblies to complete products and systems, including casing/enclosure design, the company designs and manufactures automated assembly systems, vision and inspection systems, bowl/linear feeders, conveyors, elevators and bulk storage hoppers. Through a number of strategic partnerships, it also offers cobots, low-cost robots, AC servo motors/drives and intelligent camera systems as well as a comprehensive integration capability.
For manufacturing, it offers PCB/SMT assembly (two lines), cable and harness assembly, module, box-build and rack assembly, panel wiring. The company also designs and manufactures bespoke test solutions, from fixture-based functional testers to large scale, rack-based systems.
The company also has experience in LabView, TestStand, C++, C#, VB, Embedded C and SQL database development as well as machine control software for new and existing systems, including legacy system upgrades.
