Suntium offers CNC machining by courier
Distance and troublesome importing processes may be one of the major concerns for customers to bring in parts from overseas, says Suntium. It overcomes this by transportation via couriers to save valuable in-transit time and complicated documentation process compared with ocean freight.
Established in 1981, the company supplies parts and/or assemblies to customers in the hydraulic, pneumatic, medical equipment and fluid dispensing industries.
It says its mission is to work in partnership with a customer, to supply competitively-priced products and services, conforming quality components, and on-time delivery. In-house processes consist of CNC turning, CNC milling, double-sided grinding, lapping and assembly. As an ISO 9001-certified company, it monitors quality during the process via MES and barcoding.
