Standard components from Rencol complemented with custom manufacturing
With a history of manufacturing dating back to 1923, Rencol Group is one of the UK’s most experienced standard component manufacturers. Its range includes standard parts for every application; from knobs, handles and handwheels for machine building, to work-holding components including clamping levers and index plungers, levelling feet for furniture, production lines and conveyor belts, to locks, catches and hinges for enclosures and cabinets. Industry standard sizes and materials ensure reliability and compatibility.
A substantial stock is held at the company’s Bristol warehouse with 48-hour delivery available for most items. Design engineers can download detailed 3D CAD files via the website and a technical sales team is always available with product advice.
If an exact part is not offered, the company can modify any existing product or design a bespoke solution to specification. The Rencol Manufacturing division can manufacture a range of plastic and metal parts, and is experienced with plastic injection moulding, CNC machining, forging, stamping and pressing.
