Rapid PCB prototyping from DVR is a click away
A fast turnaround prototyping service, Speed Assembly Services (SAS), is available to the electronics industry from DVR. Next-day delivery of rapid PCB prototyping assemblies is just one click away, says the company. The PCB assembly manufacturing service is for all new electronic designs required at the pre-production bench top stage. It is not designed to replace production assemblies, but to complement design engineers and their need to rapidly evaluate new and innovative electronic concepts.
The service offers the opportunity to have the concept produced professionally and quickly. Double sided PTH and multi-layer PCBs can be ordered. The custom-made PCB assemblies will be delivered within the UK via an online order submission within the UK.
Users can upload a BoM and use an online ordering tool to control all aspects of the ordering process, while having multiple customisation options and minimising quoting and ordering times.
Cutting out the middle man can reap cost savings. Users select components from the suppliers through a built-in search tool and communicate via the ticketing/chat system.
For low quantities, new product introductions (NPI), prototypes and concept PCBs, SAS complements the parent company’s production assemblies and value added design for electronic assemblies.
